Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Host AI website and dashboard, the Host AI Chrome extension, and the Host AI iOS app and keyboard (together, the “Service”), provided by LHL GLOBAL LLC (“LHL GLOBAL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for a lawful hosting business. If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept these Terms for it. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for your account, for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Host AI helps hosts draft replies to guest messages. It can read guest messages from a connected Gmail account and from supported host conversation pages, and it generates draft replies and suggestions for your review. Host AI prepares and inserts drafts; you decide what to send.

If you connect Gmail, you authorize Host AI to access your Gmail data on a read-only basis to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s terms. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

The Chrome extension operates on supported host pages to read the visible conversation and prepare drafts on request or when Auto-draft is enabled. Depending on your settings, it may insert a draft for review. Copying, inserting, or marking a reply handled does not establish that it was sent. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platform (such as Turo) on which you use the extension.

If you obtain the iOS app through the App Store, its license is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless another applicable license agreement is presented for the app.

The Host AI Keyboard requires Full Access to provide its network-backed features. Ordinary typing and local suggestions work on your device. When you use AI writing or available AI grammar features, the text needed for that request is sent for processing as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disable Full Access in iOS Settings.

Host AI uses automated systems to generate replies and suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it, and you are solely responsible for any message you choose to send. Host AI does not send messages on your behalf. Confirm names, dates, pickup or check-in details, pricing, and any refund or other commitment before sending a draft.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of messages you send, for your interactions with guests, and for complying with the rules of the platforms you use and with applicable law. Only provide guest information or other content you are authorized to use and share for these purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Disrupt the Service, bypass security or account controls, or gain unauthorized access. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law allows it.
• Use the Service to violate a third-party platform’s terms or another person’s rights.
• Misuse guest data or send messages that are unlawful or harmful.

Some features require a paid subscription. Applicable plans, features, and prices are presented at the point of purchase and may change on a going-forward basis. Host AI is offered on a beta basis and features and pricing may change.

If a trial or promotion is offered, its specific terms are presented at sign-up and apply in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions purchased through the Host AI website are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Host AI does not store your full payment card details.

If you purchase a Host AI subscription through Apple, those purchases are billed and managed through your Apple account and the App Store according to Apple’s subscription mechanisms, and Apple’s terms govern that transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown at purchase unless canceled before renewal. For web subscriptions, use Manage Billing on your Billing page. For Apple purchases, manage cancellation in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the billing service shows when your current access ends.

Uninstalling Host AI, disconnecting Gmail, or requesting data deletion does not cancel a subscription. For a web-purchase refund request, contact support@host-ai.app; eligibility depends on the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Apple purchase refund requests go through Apple. Nothing in these Terms removes refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Host AI and its software, design, and content are owned by LHL GLOBAL and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You retain the rights you have in the content you provide; guests and other third parties retain their own rights. You authorize Host AI and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy. AI output may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that it qualifies for intellectual property protection.

The Service integrates with third-party services (such as Google/Gmail and hosting platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms. Host AI is an independent product and is not endorsed by Turo, Airbnb, Google, or Apple.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and the Service may experience interruptions. Availability, integrations, and beta features may change; any limits on liability are subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Host AI does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate or suitable for any purpose. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain in effect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LHL GLOBAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold LHL GLOBAL harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your messages to guests, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive termination.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
